  • Promoted to Manager, overseeing a Staff of 5 professionals (West Coast Operations)

  • Contracts Manager for CSG’s Commercial Pipeline, which has grown from a 1M portfolio to a 10M portfolio over the last five years

  • Negotiated terms and conditions and executed contract awards with a number of high-profile commercial space/ technology companies. Companies include Uber ATG, Virgin Hyperloop One, Google, Apple, Space-X, Virgin Galactic, Virgin Orbit, Blue Origin, ULA, Raytheon Technologies, Lockheed Martin Space, Apollo Fusion, Phase Four, General Atomics, ATA Aerospace, Airbus, JAXA, EADS, etc.

  • Contracts Manager for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory 5-year IDIQ contract. We have executed 110 Task Orders (assisting every JPL mission) since September 2017 and enjoy a great working relationship. Provided contracts support for other NASA sites, including Johnson Space Center and Ames Research. 

  • Negotiating an MOU with the European Space Agency to deliver space engineering services to Europe’s Space Transportation and Technology Divisions

  • Working with the license transfer department on agreements with private companies to develop and sell a variety of technology and space satellite patents

    ORBITAL ATK/NORTHROP GRUMMAN

    6 Years & Highlights

  • Legal Officer for AARGM Italy and AARGM International programs. Includes cooperative missile deliverables, production transition plan to Italian industry and foreign direct contracts for Tornado aircraft integration and software upgrades. Customers included Italian Air Force, PANAVIA and Alenia Aermacchi and NETMA.

  • Strategic Agreement Coordinator responsible for drafting and negotiating complex strategic agreements between ATK and other domestic/international companies. 

  • Drafted and negotiated contractual legal documents, such as Strategic Teaming Agreements, Software License Agreements and Lease and Sublease Agreements.

  • Responsible on-site for legal research and drafting legal memos pertaining to intellectual property, regulatory compliance, bid protests, and government property issues

  • Special Opportunity: Selected for and completed Contract Management University, a two-year leadership development course. The course included advanced Contracts job skills training, business book club reading and discussions, and leadership development conferences.

  • Special Project: Assigned to the International Charter Team as a Program Manager/Country Representative. Duties include drafting and negotiating Teaming Agreements and subcontracts with foreign companies, proposal lead for potential FMS customers, country representative for Middle East, and creating international process flow charts, capture plans and Terms and Conditions checklists.

  • Provided contracts administration and complex negotiations for an international program whose customers included the Mexican Navy and PEMEX, assisting with the preparation of the shipping documentation required by NAFTA and Mexico customs laws.  

  • Contracts Manager for TPQ-36/37 Radar systems spare parts with orders totaling 100M every year

  • Contracts Manager services for the Sentinel Radar programs

  • Performed EICO duties for the department, handling compliance training, visitor meetings, and manufacturing licenses agreements, DSP-5’s, DSP-83’s, etc.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt member focusing on process improvement

  • Special Project: I worked with a team of industry and government professionals that created an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with complex pricing and terms. Within three years, that contract had expanded to include 21 different types of delivery orders (FFP spare parts, Time and Material repairs and overhauls, Technical Support, etc)
